We are a dynamic company at the forefront of technology and electronics, with a keen interest in space-related innovations. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for products on our website, ensuring seamless integration of new products and plugins.
- Attain product information from associate websites, vendors, and manufacturers to present on our website.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure all product information is up-to-date and correctly displayed.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all data entries and updates.
- Assist sales related tasks and proposal generation.
- Utilize your proficiency in Excel to analyse and report on product data.
- Work both in-office and remotely as needed, maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong grammatical skills and good punctuality.
- Experience with website backend operations and product onboarding is preferable.
- A keen interest in technology, electronics, and space is ideal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Accounts Payable Officer

About the Position:
APO will report to the Management Accountant and work alongside the Management Accountant and Business Manager. The role will also encompass a range of related functions including assisting with travel bookings, contacting suppliers, liaising with internal stakeholders, answering the office phone and coordinating supplies and maintenance of Av-Comm’s premises.
- Full function Accounts Payable processing.
- Demonstrates a high attention to detail and efficiency in accurately processing data, ensuring the integrity of financial records and reports while understanding the context and purpose behind their work.
- Ensuring Purchase Orders are raised and approved.
- Managing staff expenses/reimbursements.
- Preparing weekly payment runs.
- Liaising with suppliers & dealing with queries.
- Assisting with travel bookings.
- Office support including answering phones.
Considerations:
- End to end Accounts Payable experience
- Experience using an ERP
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Outcome oriented with a focus on deadlines
