Our High Efficiency C Band Feedhorn has been developed to provide superior performance by increasing the efficiency of dish reflector illumination. When using this feedhorn an improvement of 1 – 2 dB C/N can be expected over the standard scalar ring configuration; additionally improved cross polarisation performance can be measured. The feedhorn works by increasing the efficiency of the focusing rings ensuring the feedhorn to illuminates the reflector surface more efficiently, concentrating more signal into the LNB input.
