This is a High Power 150W Dummy Load Termination for Ka Band WR28 waveguide. A High Power Dummy Load also referred to as an RF load termination, or Dummy Load, is used as the substitute of an antenna during RF tests and acts as protection for the transmitter (BUC, HPA, TWTA, or SSPB). The High Power Dummy Load Termination for WR28 protects the transmitting components of an antenna system by providing a resistive load that matches the impedance of the antenna system.
